Overview

The DF061 wall finishing robot combines functions of grinding, plastering, skimming, painting and sanding.  The maximum construction height is 6 meters.

Product Highlights
  • Based on intelligent sensing, LiDAR distance measurement, and visual technology, the robot can autonomously operate, automatically detect obstacles, and raise alarms during driving

    Level 3 Autonomous Driving
  • The robot includes 12 laser sensor controllers for adjusting the operation module and speed control, 10 photoelectric sensor controllers to ensure the motion accuracy during robot operation and prevent operational losses, 4 pressure sensor controllers to ensure flexible standing and stretching, 2 vision feedback controllers for precise and appropriate application of coatings, and 1 gyroscope balance sensor to ensure stable robot walking. Additionally, the robot features a multidimensional motion system composed of 25 motors: 6 servo motors for achieving movement precision up to 0.1 millimeters, 6 stepper motors and reducers forming a four-dimensional mechanical arm to meet 270-degree construction requirements in three-dimensional space, and 8 balance motors to ensure stability and support during construction at heights exceeding three meters.

    Multi-Sensor Fusion
  • Simultaneous Localization and Mapping (SLAM) technology enables robots to perform self-localization and simultaneously create maps incrementally while moving. The advanced wall surface processing robot utilizes LiDAR range measurement, inertial measurement unit (IMU) sensors, and SLAM algorithms to construct a three-dimensional map, achieving high-precision robot localization. Based on the room layout and wall surface information, the robot efficiently plans its operation path.
